"I have always loved to cook since I was young. The curiosity and science behind food and beauty intrigued me. As I got busier at work as a pediatrician, I found it harder to find the time to make fresh foods that still had the Nigerian touch. I experimented for a while until I got the freshest taste without adding sugar or salt. I gave it to friends and families, and shipped it to Nigeria so I wouldn't have to go to the "market" during my short trip there. I knew I was on to something when people were actually willing to pay for it. So, with the help of my brother, I went ahead and got the process approved so that many more people could enjoy the convenience of a fresh taste for their soups, jollof rice, pasta, and stew.

We have added to our product line-up, investing in a natural way to improve the effects of aging, grow hair, and care for dry skin. Our founder has been fortunate to have the talents and means to develop many products that educate people on healthy living. After she found success with her business, she decided to dedicate its profits to her nonprofit organization founded in 2014. This organization provides health access to underserved populations in rural areas and around Washington D.C., with the goal of promoting healthy living.Every little bit helps more than you know.
